I have a V-tech DECT 6.0 cordless telephone. Everytime I make or receive a call, my wireless internet and Digital Cable cut out. I thought they ran at the 2.4 frequency? Why would it be interfering with my 5.8 phone and vise versa? I cannot change the frequency of the Base of the handset or my wireless router, at least there’s no switch, there may be a software solution?

Bought this cheap replacement for my v-tech 20-2481 cordless phone. AFter the first charge kept going dead after 12 minutes. Then a few days later the a puff of smoke came out of the phone while in use. I opened cover to find a sizzling hole that burned thru the case of the cordless phone battery while in phone. I gave never seen this in my life and only imagine what if this happened while charging at home or just laying on table and caught house on fire. This is a cheap, generic, no name replacement cordless phone battery and buyer beware, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I am returning for a refund, I do not want to take a chance with another from them. I will go with a well known name one next time. DO NOT BUY

I replaced the batteries in two cordless phones with this product. Those phones are working just fine now.

4 Stars Decent price, does the job
These work much better than the ni-cad batteries I replaced. They hold a charge for almost a week if I keep the phone off the cradle (just wanted to find out!). Day to day use and replacing on the cradle and you forget about these. Hats off to a battery that works so well you can take it for granted.

Works well in a Vtech 5831 cordless phone. Retention clips in the phone’s battery compartment did not fully engage with sides of battery, but a small piece of foam between battery and battery cover serves to secure the battery with no problems.

4 Stars Phone battery at reasonable cost!!
My Vtech phone system with 4 handsets had their batteries all die within 2 weeks. I went to Walmart and found replacement batteries priced at $15 each. I bought 2, installed 1, went to Amazon and found these at 1/3 the price. Installed these batteries and they work fine…..and then I returned the second battery to Walmart!!

These batteries appear to be the same as my original equipment batteries, and so far work great!!!
