5 Stars super charged and ready to go….
Cmae already charged and as soon as I put in the phone, it was like a brand new phone all over again.
5 Stars Good value
Price was the motivator on this purchase. The last time I replaced a battery on my phone system it was $19.95 for one battery at a popular consumer electronics retailer. I purchased two batteries with shipping for under $18 through Amazon. I can’t evaluate battery life as I’ve only had them for a month but at this price if they last 18 months (and I hope for 24-30 months) it was a good purchase. They hold a charge well and have good talk time.

4 Stars An Easy Fix for Poor Connectivity Issues
Pros:
-Ergonomic Mouse and Keyboard
-Long Battery Life
-Soft keys
-Stylish
-Programmable/Customizable Keys
Cons:
-Connectivity Issues
-Mouse takes awhile to get use to
-Some keys are smaller than I liked (e.g. “Backspace”, “Esc”, and “Pause”)
Other Thoughts:
I initially plugged the transmitter into the back of my computer tower. The keyboard and mouse worked fine when I was just using them for surfing the Net or using a word processor. However, once I loaded a game (Dawn of War: Dark Crusade), there was a very annoying delay from the mouse and keyboard. It made the game unplayable. I figured the transmitter was not picking the signal properly because of its location. I thought about placing the transmitter in the front end of my tower, but it looked intrusive (hey, I’m an aesthetics type of guy). Thankfully, I had an USB extension cable. I plugged the transmitter into that and was able to place it closer to my mouse and keyboard out of sight. Whoa-la, connectivity issue fixed.
So in summary, if you are experiencing connectivity issues, just relocate the transmitter closer to the keyboard/mouse, either by putting it in the front USB port of your computer, or use an USB extension cable.
1 Star Not for Left Handers
I wish somewhere in the product description it said that left handers will find using the mouse darn near impossible. The “ergonomic” mouse is designed for right handers and using it left handed is horribly uncomfortable. I’d never have bought this item if I’d known that was the case.
1 Star not the mouse you want to use everyday
the whole set is great. However, the mouse isn’t something you want to use everyday for long period of time.
I spend 10 hrs on the computer everyday and this mouse is killing my thumb. It’s not curve the way your thumb naturally does. after a day of using the mouse and keyboard, you will feel the pain.
MS keyboard are good period. it’s just his mouse isn’t a good one.
5 Stars Good Keyboard & Mouse
Good keyboard and mouse. Both worked with Linux easily (plug and play), and so far no complaints.
I had better precision with the mouse by using a mousepad. The keyboard does not have indicators to show if the Num Lock, Scroll Lock, Caps Lock, or Function Lock keys are pressed.
5 Stars Long wait but worth it
After a month long wait for a replacement for the first keybaord that did not work I finally got the replacement. It is everything I hoped it would be. The Microsoft 6000 v3 wireless keyboard and mouse has more features than I have figgured out, but every one that I have is super. The keyboard has very nice keys for any one who does any typing and is very comfortable.
I realize that I got caught up in the Christmas rush in having to wait but I don’t feel the Microsoft customer service people put forth much of an effort or could care less. 5 stars for the product, 0 stars for the service.
My dealings with Amazon were 5 star as usual and I understand they had nothing to do with the problems. I will definately buy from Amazon in the future.

5 Stars Works great!
I have always been very satisfied with any Makita product. These are no exception.
5 Stars long lasting
These batteries are tanks in the cold. I do commercial HVAC indoor and outdoor. I have had these sit and they still hold a charge. If you work in the cold its worth it to go Li-Ion
5 Stars Back for another pair
Every fall I check the web looking for the best price on a pair of 18v x 3.0AH batteries for my Makita lithium ion tools. Every fall I hope to see the prices fall. Dream on!
Every fall I wind up back at Amazon to buy another pair. Their competitors charge more.
My Makita set went into service in December 2006 and the tools get used almost daily. I have one dead battery thus far and several that are ??? but run.
I expect two years from a LiOn battery so I am ahead of the curve – thus far. Better get another pair.
5 Stars A nice add-on purchase
I bought a 2-pack of these to give extra life to the driver-drill/ impact driver combo kit I bought. The 1.5Ah batteries that came with the kit are small and light, but don’t last very long between charges when using the tools a lot.
2 Stars Long life between charges, but had to replace more often
We normally buy Dewalt cordless tools, but when we find deals, we will buy other brands and we figured we’d give the Makita’s a try.
The pluses: these batteries do last longer between charges than the old Dewalts nicads we had. If we have 2 guys doing the same job, the Dewalt would lose its charge in 3 hours, while the Makita would last at least 3.5 hours doing the same job.
The downside…the batteries cost you more in the long run. They aren’t cheap, and they do last longer between charges, but we seem to have to buy new replacement Makita batteries more often than we do for our Dewalt products.
So, these batteries are great in that they are probably the longest running 18v cordless batteries we have had for our tools, but in the long run we probably won’t stick with them because they need to be replaced every 4-6 months (we use them everyday), while our ‘other’ branded batteries are lasting almost a year under the same workload.
Black and Decker 9078 3 6 Volt Ni Cad Cordless Screwdriver

Cordless screwdrivers are a wonderful invention, but some jobs around the house still require that extra control a conventional screwdriver can provide. The 3.6-volt, three-position Black & Decker 9078 screwdriver combines the best of both. As a power screwdriver, the unit operates at 180 rpm and offers up to 40 in./lbs. of torque, with 24 settings. A torque control collar allows the operator to match the torque to the job, reducing unwanted strips. A pistol grip and three-position handle allow the screwdriver to fit into some pretty tight spaces, while a spindle lock (located on the forward/reverse switch) allows the operator to use the unit as a conventional, manual screwdriver when necessary. This is especially helpful when starting and finishing screws. The screwdriver comes with five double-ended bits. Each locks securely into place and is easy to remove. The handle is also easy to adjust with just the push of a button. All in all it’s a pretty handy little tool.–Carl Thress

5 Stars great product
best electric screw driver I have used. Mine is over 2 years old and going strong.Production use killed one after a year when the switch went from daily usage. This unit works better than the 6 volt ones so don’t get those .
Adjustable torque also works well.
4 Stars Durable
I bought the thing as a spur of the moment purchase. I ended up loving this little thing. Ive done major remoldeling jobs (my kitchen, and bathroom using it. Ive even used it to hammer things with, as a quick tool. I ve had it for over two years, and it still is going strong, except I did break off the end battery cover piece. I give it 4 stars only because I do wish battery life was a bit longer.
5 Stars 3.6v screw driver to be used to tune guitars
It works fine for what I use it for as long as I have the correct implement to fit the guitar tuning keys.

5 Stars Does the job.
I bought this for my wife’s framing business. It has plenty of power for this application and the battery life is very good. If you want to run a 4″ screw you may want to get a drill.
5 Stars An excellent screwdriver if you bear several things in mind:
This is excellent. For my uses, it has plenty of power.
In fact, that may be a disadvantage. For smaller jobs or for smaller screws, the screwdriver is more than capable of stripping the threads of the screw. The drill is not variable speed. It is either on with geared-down power combined with abundant speed, or it is off.
If you set the clutch “high,” be prepared for a wrist-twisting when the screw is seated, having turned as far as it is going to.
Read carefully and judge carefully before you make a purchase of this screwdriver.
Black and Decker has made a good tool here. If your jobs are little ones, take a look at variable-speed drills which are lighter and more easily controlled.
