4 Stars Decent phone.
A decent enough phone. Caller ID works fine, phone sound quality is good. It goes through batteries faster than I would like. I just dropped it and broke it, and am buying another.

This is a great phone, but I ordered it twice in white and received black phones. Okay with me because it matched, but it may not make others happy.

4 Stars cordless phone
This phone is much more efficient than several tech phones we had before.

Good sound and battery quality. The only drawback is it does not automatically capture the area code of some callers. However, If you want a good, simple phone, I recommend At&T 3-Handset Cordless.

5 Stars Perfect for my needs
I’ve only had this phone for about a month now, but so far so good. I appreciate the larger viewing area so I can actually read someone’s caller ID information. My last phone made me cross-eyed! The reception on these phones is amazing, no interference at all. I’ve been able to go outside, mosey to the mail box and sit on the patio with no loss of reception. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it. I agree with another reviewer though, there is no weight at all to this phone… to me that has pros and cons, very easy to stick in a pocket and carry around if you are awaiting that special call, but when you actually hold it to talk, it’s a bit disconcerting. However, it works great and that’s what I wanted… I’ll let you know what happens in a few months!

This telephone has all of the features you will need. Adding names and phone numbers to the directory is absolutely fool proof. I highly recommend this cordless phone.

4 Stars Phone battery
Works well however does not eliminate background noises which built up in GE telephone system before old battery was replaced. Cheaper to replace through Amazon that to purchase at local electronics outlets.

A good replacement of the original, a perfect fit. It is impossible to rate the battery life at this time. The battery should last for a couple of years at least.Only time will tell. I wish the batteries would come pre-charged so they could be used immediatley.

Interestingly enough, the battery pack was smaller than its replacement. It works fine – a low cost alternative.

I was looking for a battery for my GE phone and decided to look on the internet because I was having trouble finding one at the usual stores. I saw a link for Amazon and since I’ve purchased products from them before I thought I’d give it a shot. After clicking on a couple of pages I came across this one and thought No Way-31 cents. Then I thought even if it dosen’t work it’s still cheaper than getting one locally. So I ordered 2(I’m hoping that my phone lasts that long) Ordered on Sunday received on Friday. It fit the phone perfectly and so far is working fine. As other reviewers have stated it’s to early to tell anything about the battery life but I’m not worried at all. Would deal with E-World Direct Inc. again in a heartbeat!!

This is a great battery for the price. Most cordless phone batteries are as high as buying another phone. I ran across this one and figured I would give it a try. I will never buy a new battery at a store again. It does a great job and has a long battery life. Excellent product.

5 Stars very satisfied
I was looking for a cordless, caller ID, speakerphone, without an answering machine because I have voice mail, and this phone fit the bill. The reception is quite clear as I move from room to room. It was very easy to set up and use and to figure out the features. I also like the size of the buttons, and can hold and dial using one hand. The called ID is easy to see. As an added bonus, the black and silver works for me.

Delivery from Amazon, as always, was very prompt.

I would recommend this phone.

4 Stars One of the handsets arrived defective
Handset #1 works on speaker phone only. It is an aggravation that I may live with – haven’t decided yet. Unexpected in an AT&T product. The first AT&T cordless I purchased was about 1989 — lasted for 12 years! Could use all over the house and had perfect sound. Looked like the one on the comedy show “Friends”. Cost $185, but still cheaper for the years of use.

This is a great phone if you want to just take it out of the box and immediately use! Caller ID window is large and easy to read. The flashing red button notifying you that voicemails are waiting is very helpful. Locator function helps when you cannot find the handset. Multiple volume settings make it easy to hear your callers. Batteries last for days without having to recharge. Slim, sleek, modern phone that takes up very little space. I’m very happy with this purchase.

5 Stars Basic, Solid, Inexpensive, and just a Little Elegant
We’ve had the phone about a month, having chosen it after reading reviews here and on [...]. I’m pleased, as sound quality and range are vastly better than older phones. Haven’t run out of battery yet, but we keep it in the cradle. Another plus: despite the large buttons, this thing actually looks pretty good in a room. One minus: the thin shape makes it extremely hard to cradle between your neck and shoulder; you really need to keep this in your hand, especially as there’s no jack for a headset. But, hey, it’s fifty bucks for two phones (maybe cheaper by the time you read this), and they they work. No complaining.

I have had nothing but trouble with the last several cordless phone systems purchased (G.E., Sony) I have never owned an att phone but this one is great, sound quality & volume are great, battery life is long, and the nicest feature is that with this unit you can pick up and talk on multiple phones with this system, other system won’t let an additional person pick up one of the handsets at the same time. The phone doesn’t have alot of extra features – its pretty plain and simple and easy to use.

3 Stars ATT cordless phone handsets
2 ATT cordless phone handsets were ordered to replace one of the broken handsets we already had. One of the two handsets shipped has a black smuge or shadow in the led screen. It seems to be not quite as bad after charging and using for a week. I just hope it isnt the firt part to fail. Since everything else seems fine I decided it was not worth the hassel to try to return it. It appeared to me that there was not much support from amazon for returning. DAW

5 Stars Perfect solution for us
We are extremely happy with this handset. The connection is clear and has all the functions we need for our two-line home. Our house was built with very few phone jacks and with this handset (and the base phone) we have been able to add extensions wherever we have an electrical outlet. With only one phone jack per floor, this has been quite convenient.

3 Stars Replacement product
This is a replacement for one of my original handsets. I have the phone, with 2 handsets. One is fine, but one stopped taking a charge. Tried new battery, etc. Dead, period. I like the system, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this doesn’t happen again.

2 Stars 2nd Time Handset has quit working
The phone itself is OK – I agree with some of the flaws others have pointed out but they don’t bother me much. However the second of my handsets has now broken / quite working. I thought the first was a fluke; had owned it for several years so just replaced it. I have been using this replacement for less than 6 months and today, after it dropped from a chair onto a soft floor, it quit working again. Yes, I dropped it but seriously, a phone should be made to withstand some minor trauma like this. It’s not like it was thrown or fell off a balcony. For $75, I want a little better product!

5 Stars Works as should
Set up was a snap, fit right in with the base and existing cordless system. I stuck with this exact item as opposed to the newer version available in office supply stores, and amazon, at a lower price. I was not certain of the compatibility of the newer handsets with additional features for the new model of the AT$T spread-spectrum 2-line phone systems.
