The Philips ID9370B/37 Enhanced High DefVoice Digital Cordless Phone is a visually stunning piece that will turn the heads of people who walk into the room. 1 Star Good while it worked, however, disappointing quality and bad Philips customer service
I had this phone for just over a year until batteries were up for replacement. Purchased a new set of rechargable AA batteries only to find out the AC/DC Adpater is not charging the batteries any longer. Called Philips customer service and was told to buy a new AC/DC Adapter at Radio Shack, which of course was just their way of saying “I don’t want to deal with you”. Needless to say Radio Shack did not have this very AC/DC Adapter for the Philips is a very unique one as far as the jack is concerned. Based on this aweful quality and customer service experience I can only say this is the very last Philips item I have bought. Never ever will I take another look at Philips even though they build “nice appearance” devices like this cordless phone. But that’s just what it is: It looks nice, has nice features, but the quality is horrible, left alone their customer service.

Great phone. Wish the screen was a little bigger. Ringer, hard to hear, if in another room. Otherwise, very pleased with the purchase. Easy to use and set up.

1 Star Failure to Connect
Philips ID9371B – Cordless phone w/ call waiting caller ID & answering system – DECTGAPI purchased the Phillips ID9371B telephone after doing internet research and speaking with the Phillips Tech Support Line. Amazon shipped two identical telephones to my home even though I only ordered one. I wanted a stylish phone without an answer machine. The Phillips ID9371B didn’t come without the answering machine but I was advised by Phillips Tech Support that I could simply turn it off. I have caller ID through my phone provider so I don’t need this function. The phone arrived and I followed the directions to load the batteries and charge it for 24 hours before use. After 24 hours the battery charging signal was still blinking and the phone did not have any dial tone. Again I called Phillips Tech Support and they said to replace the batteries as it was a common problem. I purchased new rechargeable batteries at my own expense and still after 24 hours the phone still showed as charging and would not connect or get a dial tone. I tried the second Phillips ID9371B phone that was shipped to my home in error and had the same exact problem. These phones are a huge disappointment and not worth the money. I bought a phone for half the price and haven’t had any trouble with it. The final issue with this whole Phillips telephone experience is that Amazon had the nerve to charge me shipping to return one of the two defective telephones! The whole experience left me highly like to order electronics via Amazon again.
1 Star Phillips ID 937 phone
If you buy this phone be sure to keep all the paperwork, receipts, etc., since you will probably need it in five or six months when the phone goes kaput. This phone looks great, has nice sound, but is frustrating to use, since it did not come with a manual in English, but three manuals in other languages (the box was in English). You can get a manual in English online. Other TADs I have owned always beeped with new messages, but the blinking light on top of this phone is hard to see, and if you blink you may miss the blinking light. Nice looking but unreliable phone.

1 Star I do not recommend this phone
I had purchased a base and handset previously for my hearing impaired parents. I later purchased an accessory handset so that they could have a second phone. Despite numerous attempts I was unable to get the accessory handset to register despite the owner’s manuals stating that the two phones are compatible. I called the Uniden Customer support line and the representative was not helpful and was unable to help me get the accessory phone registered to the base. I am returning the product. I would not recommend this product and was disappointed with Uniden’s customer support.

After suffering for several years with a poor phone that could barely be heard, we found the “loud and clear” system from Uniden. It works great, has a lot of good features and can be expanded. We bought this unit to expand the system. It works great even though it was “used.”
5 Stars Great for low vision
I bought this to go with the corded base that I bought directly from Uniden which I bought for my 95 year old mother who has macular degeneration. It was easy to connect to the base. I programed it so it connects as soon as she picks it up when she answers (just like the old dial ups) so no buttons to push. If she needs to make a call from it (she usually makes calls from the base), the buttons are large enough for her to see and push without pushing 2 buttons at the same time.
I only wish that this accessory was more available and less expensive. I put myself on the waiting list at Uniden before I found this one and there were over a thousand before me. I think this is Unidens fault for not making enough. The bases that go with this item can be expanded to six handsets, so why aren’t they more available? I’m just greatful I found one on Amazon.com.

This system was purchased to be a Christmas gift for my aging and hard of hearing parents. Unfortunately, it’s not as “loud and clear” as I hoped it would be. Another annoying feature is that the extra bases do not ring until the main base rings twice. Why would this be designed into the system? Overall, just an average phone system.

I needed another cordless “extension” compatible with the existing base unit. I tried to find, in stores, the separate handset, but could only find handsets plus base units. Thank you Amazon for having this product available, and having complete descriptions so I was able to purchase the correct product. The handset arrived quickly, and was easy to set up and use. Best of all, it doesn’t interfere with our router and computers located in the same room.

We had a need for an extra phone but could no longer find our make/model in the stores. An internet search showed Amazon had the exact match at the best price & delivery. Delivery was as promised and the overall transaction was very smooth. Since it was an exact match to my existing phone set, all I had to do was plug in this new extension. Once it was charged, all the info already stored in the original phones came up on this handset as well. Very pleased.

5 Stars RCA 4-line Cordless Phone
Phones came in original boxes as purchased. Setup was easy. They work great. Distance from base and clarity are very good.
1 Star Not worth it.
This handset sucks. Really, it does. It wasn’t too bad for a few months. We’ve had it almost 2 years. I happened to use it today and it was HORRIBLE. It squeals. It shrieks. It’s staticy. The corded handset/base seems fine, but not always the ideal phone for our work environment. Hate to get rid of it because it cost so much, but it’s really just junk.
1 Star Inadequate 4 line cordless phone
The phone only works with the RCA base unit (25414RE3 or 25415RE3) and both phones (base and cordless) can’t be used at the same time. It is an either/or situation. Also the cordless handset can only pick up calls put on hold on the base they are attached to and not other 25414RE3 or 25415RE3 phones.
I do not recommend this 4 line cordless phone even though it is very reasonably priced.
2 Stars extra handset for your base station? Nope, does not work!
I love this phone. Good quality, nice features, everything works fine from plugin. But I ordered this cordless to add to my base station and not to replace it. I have 4 phone lines, 2 handsets (corded base + Cordless)and can NOT use both at the same time. I guess it’s ok for a private office 1 person=2 phones, but it can not be used when the base is in used, even if you have more than lines.
